No refunds will be transmitted once the service has been completed. However, at anytime the patient desires to leave/cancel after paying but before the consult is complete, the patient shall receive a full refund. For poor performance or technical issues a full or partial refund may be entertained by management once the patient has contacted us in writing at Hello@docster.us.
